Severable. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Severable. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this determination will not affect any other provision of this Agreement, and the provision in question shall be modified so as to be rendered enforceable.

Any term or provision of this Agreement which is invalid or unenforceable in any applicable jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms or provisions of the Agreement in any jurisdiction.
Severable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

If any provision of this Lease or the application of any such provision shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions of this Lease and the application thereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired or invalidated.
Severable. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if for any reason, a clause, sentence or paragraph of this Agreement is determined to be invalid by a court or City or commission having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this Agreement, which can be given effect without the invalid provision.
Severable. Each of the provisions of these terms is separate and severable and enforceable. If at any time any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable or is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions and of that provision in any other jurisdiction shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
Severable. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and should any provision hereof be deemed unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity provision shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
Severable. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event that any provision of this Agreement will be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any controlling body of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
Severable. If any clause of the Funding Agreement is illegal or unenforceable it is to be severed. The rest of the Funding Agreement will not be affected.
