Er ersetzt alle vorherigen und gleichzeitigen schriftlichen oder mündlichen Vereinbarungen und Angebote hinsichtlich des Vertragsgegenstandes. Alle Bestimmungen in anderen Dokumenten, die Sie an Red Hat senden, beispielsweise in Bestellungen oder sonstigen bestellbezogenen Unterlagen (ausgenommen das Bestellformular), sind nichtig und werden nicht Teil dieses Vertrages und binden die Parteien auch nicht in anderer Form. Gibt es Widersprüche zwischen den AGB, den Produktanhängen und/oder einem Bestellformular, gelten vorrangig die AGB, es sei denn, etwas anderes wurde ausdrücklich in den Produktanhängen und/oder im Bestellformular festgelegt.

В случае противоречия между Общими условиями, Приложениями по Продуктам и (или) Формой заказа преимущественную силу имеют Общие условия, если иное отдельно не предусмотрено Приложениями по Продуктам и (или) Формой заказа. Стороны не полагались ни на какие гарантию, утверждение, заверение или договорённость никакого лица (как являющегося, так и не являющегося стороной настоящего Соглашения) и не имеют никакого средства правовой защиты в этом отношении, если только это пряно не установлено в настоящем Соглашении. Ничто в настоящем Соглашении не ограничивает ответственности каждой из сторон за ложное заверения с целью совершения мошенничества.
