Export Administration Regulations means the United States Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. §§ 730-774, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, and any successor thereto.
Export Administration Regulations or “EAR” has the meaning set forth in Article 6.3 (Licenses and Other Approvals).

Export Administration Regulations means United States Export Administration Regulations and includes but is not limited to the Commerce Control List and any other associated or relevant United States’ legislation, regulations or guidelines.
Export Administration Regulations means Subchapter C of Title 15 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations.
