Military Service Credit. Permanent HMC employees who are veterans or their unmarried widows/widowers shall have added to their unbroken service the veteran’s active military service to a maximum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
Military Service Credit. The City’s contract with CalPERS provides the Military Service Credit option set forth in Government Code section 21024.

Any employee who undergoes compulsory service shall be given credit upon his/her return to the District on the then existing Teachers’ Salary Schedule for the annual increments for the time of such service subject to a maximum of two (2) full steps credit, subject to ARTICLE VII, Section 1, Subsection G of this Agreement.
Military Service Credit. For unit members not employed by the Washington County School System prior to their military service, the following policy for determining credit for military service will apply:
Military Service Credit. The City shall provide for military service pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 21024, formerly Section 20930.3 and Section 20930.33, at the employee's expense.
Military Service Credit. Experience credit for military service which did not interrupt service to the District will not be granted. Employees receiving such credit during 1975-76 school year or before shall retain such experience credit for the purpose of calculating their annual salary amount. If an employee is called into military service because of national emergency, he/she shall be given credit for years of experience in accordance with the following: six (6) to seventeen (17) months of continuous service, one (1) year of experience; eighteen (18) to twenty nine (29) months of continuous service, two (2) years of experience; and thirty (30) or more months of continuous service, three (3) years of experience.
Military Service Credit. Full credit for military service will be allowed to all veterans who took the oath of allegiance, served in either combat or non-combat units, and were honorably discharged.
Military Service Credit. A maximum of two (2) years credit in the schedule is given for military service. For each year of military service, one (1) year of credit will be given on the salary schedule.
Military Service Credit. 9.2.1 Parties agree to allow for the purchase of Military Service Credit, as specified in the County of San Xxxx Obispo Employees’ Retirement Plan, Section 2.12.5. Such purchase shall be allowed at employee expense and at zero County cost.
