Military Service Leave. The Employer and the Union agree that the matter of leave of absence for an employee during the period of his/her military service with the armed forces of the United States, and of his/her reinstatement thereafter, shall be governed by applicable statutes.
Military Service Leave. Military unpaid leaves of absence shall be granted in accordance with applicable laws. The reinstatement rights of any employee who enters the military service of the United States by reason of an act of law enacted by the Congress of the United States, or who may voluntarily enlist during the effective period of such law, shall be determined in accordance with the provision of the law granting such rights.
Military Service Leave. 17.1 An Employee of the City who is a member of the Ohio National Guard, the Ohio Defense Corps, the Ohio Naval Militia or another reserve component of the United States Armed Forces is entitled to a leave of absence from his or her respective duties, without loss of pay, for such time as he or she is in the military service on field training or on active duty, not to exceed thirty-one
Military Service Leave. An employee who is a member of the Australian Military Reserve or other Australian Military Forces will be granted leave without pay for the purpose of attending any compulsory camp or posting.
Military Service Leave. The provisions of State and Federal Law shall prevail for all aspects of military leave, including request for and return from such leave.
