Meeting and Appeal. An involuntary transfer or reassignment shall be made only after a meeting between the teacher and the Superintendent or his designate, at which time the teacher shall be notified of the reason therefore. In the event that a teacher objects to the transfer or reassignment at this meeting, upon the request of the teacher, the Superintendent shall meet with him. The teacher may, at his option, have an Association representative present at such meeting.

Meeting and Appeal. An involuntary transfer shall be made only after a meeting between the employee involved and the immediate supervisor, at which time the employee shall be notified of the reason, therefore in the event that an employee objects to the transfer at this meeting, upon the request of the employee, the Superintendent shall meet with the employee. The employee may, at the employee’s option, have an Association representative present at such meeting.
