Meeting of Committee. In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.

Each member shall receive a notice, and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with the Committee.

The meeting shall be held at a time and place within ten (10) calendar days or such other time as agreed to by the parties. Two meeting rooms for all negotiation sessions shall be provided by the Employer. If it is necessary to schedule a meeting offsite, the cost of the meeting room(s) will be shared by the Union and the Board.

All committee members not scheduled to work on meeting days shall be paid or credited hours off on a regular work day or banked at straight time.
