Mandated Hours. When the Employer determines the need to mandate, all employees who are working at the time the mandate is being issued will be offered to pick up the mandate hours on a voluntary basis by seniority for mandate (double) pay. If all shifts are not filled by volunteers, the Employer will mandate according to the mandate rotation list (which will be made available to all shift supervisors and to employees upon request) for mandate (double) pay. Any employee mandated to work shall be given two (2) hours notice unless in a documented emergency. To ensure that employees are given at least two (2) hours notice of a mandate, employees and supervisors will sign a note stating the exact time of the mandate. If an employee refuses a mandate with less than two (2) hours notice, he/she will not receive attendance points. Attendance points for refusing a mandate will not exceed the points given for calling in and canceling an employee’s shift. Further concerns with mandating issues will be dealt with at Labor Management. All employees may be mandated, except those who are called in to work the “same day” or employees working a schedule of twelve (12) hours or more or probationary employees.

Mandated Hours. (a) Employees may, from time-to-time, be mandated to extend their shift up to four hours for a variety of reasons. All mandating of Employees shall be subject to the following rules: For each departmental two-week schedule the Employer will, identify two Employees per shift (on a rotating seniority basis) as people who could be mandated if necessary. One will be the primary designee and the other the secondary designee.

  • Extended Hours Depending upon local service capabilities, available extended hour plans include 5-, 6-, and 7-day, 8-, 16-, and 24-hour options at additional cost. Alaris will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Service outside of Agreement Hours as shown below. Any such service performed will be billed at prevailing Alaris Per Call Overtime rates.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

  • Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:

  • Support Hours 3.1. Standard Support Hours: Toll-free telephone support (0-000-000-0000 option #2) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. After- hours, holiday and weekend support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues is available by calling 0-000-000-0000, option #8.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Ordinary Hours 6.1.1 Ordinary hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a maximum of 7.6 ordinary paid hours a day. All ordinary hours shall be worked between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
