Management Complaint Procedure. A complaint is any dispute which involves the interpretation or application of any provision of this Memorandum of Understanding (excluding, however, those provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding which specifically provide that the decision of any County/District official shall be final, the interpretation or application of those provisions not being subject to the complaint procedure) or disciplinary actions. The Association may represent the employee at any stage of the process. Complaints must be filed within fifteen (15) days of the incident or occurrence about which the employee claims to have a complaint and shall be processed in the following manner.

  • Complaint Procedure If an employee has a complaint, which is not a proper subject for a grievance under the grievance procedure, the employee may discuss it with their immediate supervisor. The employee may submit the complaint in writing. If necessary, the employee may also discuss the complaint with the Director of Staff Relations. The employee may have the assistance of their Alliance representative in presenting the complaint. CONTRACTOR shall include verification of these procedures to the LEA upon request. CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify LEA of any complaints filed against it related to LEA students and provide LEA with all documentation related to the complaints and/or its investigation of complaints, including any and all reports generated as a result of an investigation.
