Director of Human Resources or Designee. If the employee wishes to appeal the appointing authority's decision, he/she may do so in writing to the Director of Human Resources or designee within five (5) working days after the date of the appointing authority's decision. The Director of Human Resources or designee shall conduct such meeting (s), informal hearings and/or investigations as are appropriate in his/her judgment and deliver to the grievant a written decision within fifteen (15) working days. If the grievance is denied, the reasons for the denial shall be included in the response.

Director of Human Resources or Designee. If the division director's answer is unsatisfactory, the Union may request a Step 2 meeting, in writing, with the Director of Human Resources or designee within fifteen (15) working days of the division director's disposition or the grievance shall be considered dropped. A meeting between the Director of Human Resources and the Union shall be arranged within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of a grievance by the Director of Human Resources unless mutually extended, in writing.   • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.   • Director An Approved User who is generally a senior IT official of the Requester with the necessary expertise and authority to affirm the IT capacities at the Requester. The IT Director is expected to have the authority and capacity to ensure that the NIH Security Best Practices for Controlled-Access Data Subject to the NIH GDS Policy and the Requester’s IT security requirements and policies are followed by all of the Requester’s Approved Users.
