The Order shall only be deemed to be accepted when the Seller accepts the Order in Writing, at which point the Contract will come into existence.

The Provider shall confirm the receipt of the Order in Writing immediately to the Customer’s email address indicated in the Order or Customer’s Account.
Where the Buyer requires Goods to be provided in addition to those set out in the Contract but as part of the Contract, the Buyer shall place an Order in Writing and upon acceptance in Writing by the Seller of such Order, the provisions of these Conditions shall apply to those additional Goods.Page 8 of 11 Rev.
