Managed Area Sample Clauses

Managed Area. City grants Manager the exclusive right to operate and manage Como Regional Park miniature golf course and to construct a combined ticketing and concessions facility at the entrance to the mini golf course, on the terms contained in this Agreement. The area subject to this Agreement (“Managed Area”) is shown on the attached Exhibit A. The City is not granting a leasehold interest in the Managed Area.

Managed Area. Manager shall be responsible for keeping the premises within the Managed Area in neat and clean condition at all times. Manager is responsible for repairs to all structures within the Managed Area. Twice annually, Manager will schedule with the City, a walk-through inspection of the miniature golf course facility to ensure neat and clean conditions. One of these inspections shall be before the facility opens for the year to establish the condition of the facility and one inspection shall be mid-year or near the end of the season to establish anything that needs repairs or maintenance. Prior to the beginning of each summer season, Manager must have completed the following maintenance and repairs to the miniature golf facility:

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • Restricted Area For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Restricted Area” shall mean the United States of America.

  • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02.
