Summer Season. Summer activities are not required for any WIAA recognized sport. Should coaches choose to participate in summer activities they may do so in a number of ways. If coaches choose to provide summer opportunities through the school district, they must complete all procedures, forms, and protocols established by the District. Coaches will receive a letter recognizing them as district-approved volunteers for the summer season.

Summer Season. 36.1 Subject to Clauses 36.2 and 36.3, during the Summer Season, the Ordinary hours of work for Full-Time Employees will average 38 hours per week over a work cycle of four (4) weeks.

If on the termination date the Storage Assets contain a quantity of Gas greater than the sum of the SDREQs for all Delivery Days in the Summer Season prior to the date of termination, plus the Initial Storage Inventory ("Excess Quantity"), then CMT shall either: (a) sell and NUIU shall purchase the Excess Quantity at a market price mutually agreed to by NUIU and CMT, or (b) CMT shall transfer such Excess Quantity to a storage contract held in CMT's name. ___________ [*] Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.   • Millwright In the case of a job site located outside a millwright’s region of residence, the employer may assign a millwright holding a journeyman competency certificate or an apprentice competency certificate anywhere in Quebec, provided the millwright has worked 1,500 or more hours for the employer in the construction industry in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada during the first 24 months of the 26 months preceding the issuance or renewal of his competency certificate, as follows:

  • Special Situations The parties recognize that under certain circumstances a Change in Control may occur under conditions which make it inappropriate for Employee to receive the termination benefits or protection set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, in the event that a Change in Control occurs for any one of the following reasons, the provisions of Sections 2, 6 and 9 shall not apply:

  • School Closure The School shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the public, which may include notice to the Department of Education, of any circumstance requiring the closure of the School, including, but not limited to, a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, storm, tsunami, flood, or other weather-related event, other extraordinary emergency, or destruction of or damage to the School facility;
