Area definition

Area means Monterey County, San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County.

More Definitions of Area

Area means specific areas to be catered by the Licensee (either directly or through the Affiliated Cable Operators) (within the Registered Area and the Territory) for which distribution of the Subscribed Channels as have been mutually agreed between KMSPL and the Licensee, and more explicitly specified in Annexure F of this Agreement.
