Restricted Area definition
Restricted Area means the United States of America.
Restricted Area means an area, access to which is limited by the licensee or registrant for the purpose of protecting individuals against undue risks from exposure to sources of radiation. Restricted area does not include areas used as residential quarters, but separate rooms in a residential building may be set apart as a restricted area.

More Definitions of Restricted Area
Restricted Area means those geographic areas where the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company conducts the Business during the Term and for which Executive has or had material responsibilities. Without limiting the foregoing, the “Restricted Area” shall include those countries, states, parishes, counties and other areas specified on Exhibit “A”, and any additional areas in which the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company has taken material, substantive steps, with Executive’s assistance, in preparation of conducting the Business.
Restricted Area means any State of the United States of America or any other jurisdiction in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) in business during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment, were engaged (or had committed plans to engage) in business at the time of such termination of employment.
Restricted Area shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a).
Restricted Area means (a) throughout the world, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means (b) within North America, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means (c) within the continental United States, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means (d) within any state in which the Company and its Affiliates is engaged in Business.

Restricted Area means the area that encompasses a 25-mile radius from each banking or other office location of the Company and its Affiliates; provided, however, that in the event of a Change in Control, the Restricted Area shall be determined as of the date immediately preceding the Change in Control.
