Maintenance of Supplies. Shall maintain at all times in full force and effect contracts providing for an adequate supply of all inputs necessary for the Project, including spare parts, except to the extent such inputs are readily available on commercially reasonable terms.

Maintenance of Supplies. The District retains the authority to determine what types of furniture, appliances, and supplies will be used at the Wauconda Fire District’s facilities and will determine an acceptable level of maintenance of those items. The Union shall join the District in making every effort to properly prevent from damage, either intentional or accidental, to appliances, furniture and other equipment furnished by the District for the use of employees. The Union further agrees to continue to encourage employees to use the items provided for their convenience in a responsible manner and where possible, to assist in minor repairs to maintain such items in working order. The District will not be responsible for the replacement or repair of items brought onto the premises by employees and not purchased or obtained by the District. The District shall maintain supplies of cleaning materials and paper product supplies at all stations.

If any materials provided by Supplier under this clause are protected as intellectual property under any law or regulations (including without limitation patents, copyrights, and trade secrets), Supplier hereby grants to GDIT a fully paid up, transferable worldwide license to use and copy the materials provided and to manufacture and distribute the hardware, software, and /or firmware as well as products derived therefrom. Should Supplier require payment for the rights granted in this clause such payment shall be set forth on the face of this PO as a separate item and shall only be due and payable if GDIT invokes this clause.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
