Installation and Maintenance of Meters. The Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

The Servicer shall have no other responsibility to xxxx or collect Fixed Recovery Charges from or in respect of Consumers billed by entities other than ESPs.
