The .cat TLD will be managed by Fundació puntCAT in accordance with (i) the provisions of this Charter (the “Charter”); (ii) the interests of the Community; (iii) Consensus Policies and Temporary Specifications or Policies (as defined in Section 3.1 (a) of the Agreement), as they may be applicable to Sponsored TLDs, and (iv) the interests of the global Internet community, with special consideration for interoperability, technical stability, and security aspects. Location of Data Centers. HP reserves the right to locate the infrastructure for providing the Services in any country or location permitted under applicable laws and regulations, provided HP does not change the location of the data center in which Customer’s Content is stored and/or from which Services for Customer are provisioned to a different country without Customer’s prior written consent.

Related to Location of Data Centers

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and other jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.
