Licensed Events. An Occasional Permit is required for all events where alcohol is being consumed. This permit must be obtained by the Renter and provided to bar staff and will be posted during the event. Liquor may be brought onsite the day of the event only. All liquor must be removed immediately following the event-same day. It is the responsibility of the Renter to be familiar with and abide by the LGCA (Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba) rules and regulations. Tickets cannot be sold at the door or on the premises or parking lot during the event. Closure of the event by liquor inspectors will not result in refund of any rental fees. To obtain a permit, go to xxxxxx.xx – click Mutual Awareness: Rental of the Hall is by mutual agreement between the Lessor (Portage Industrial on ‘Apply for Liquor Permit’ – after reading, click continue at bottom to apply for permit. Licensed Events. The consumption and/or serving of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited without the permission of the Municipality. Issuance of a special occasion permit by the Liquor License Board of Ontario and the Municipality, where applicable, is required. The Municipal Alcohol Policy must be adhered to. The Renter shall be responsible for all persons and property it permits to be on the premises during the rental period. The Renter shall take appropriate action to ensure that all such persons use the premises in a proper and safe manner and adhere to all regulations and conditions included herein, as well as those posted on the premises. Municipal staff will call for emergency back up in the event of breach of the above. During a licensed event, Renters are to identify to staff one person that will be approached regarding issues and concerns (the Renter or their designate). During a licensed event, the serving area (bar) must be closed no later than 1:00am. The event will run no later than 1:00am and clean up no later than 2:00am. These times must be reflected in the contract booking times. ANY AND ALL Alcohol must be served in accordance with the Municipal Alcohol Policy and the AGCO rules and regulations. All alcohol must be served from behind the bar.   • Events If either Party hereto is at any time either during this Agreement or thereafter prevented or delayed in complying with any provisions of this Agreement by reason of strikes, walk-outs, labour shortages, power shortages, fires, wars, acts of God, earthquakes, storms, floods, explosions, accidents, protests or demonstrations by environmental lobbyists or native rights groups, delays in transportation, breakdown of machinery, inability to obtain necessary materials in the open market, unavailability of equipment, governmental regulations restricting normal operations, shipping delays or any other reason or reasons beyond the control of that Party, then the time limited for the performance by that Party of its respective obligations hereunder shall be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period of each such prevention or delay.

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Xxxxx cannot produce documentation sufficient to support the Paid Claim shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Xxxxx for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
