Use Rights. The Use Rights in effect when Customer orders Software will apply to Customer’s use of the version of the Software that is current at the time. For future versions and new Software, the Use Rights in effect when those versions and Software are first released will apply. Changes Microsoft makes to the Use Rights for a particular version will not apply unless Customer chooses to have those changes apply.
Use Rights. Siemens grants to You a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable right to use the App solely on Your iOS device within the limits of this Agreement, in particular, but not limited to the export restrictions contained herein. Siemens reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
Use Rights. Customer agrees that it may only access or use any Services provided under this Agreement on a Trial Basis for restricted use in a non-production, test environment, and solely for the purpose of Customer’s internal, non-commercial evaluation and interoperability testing of the applicable Services, and Customer may not use the Services provided on a Trial Basis for any other purpose.
Use Rights. We grant you the non-transferable, non- sublicensable, time-limited, and revocable right to access and use and permit Third Parties to access and use the Services for your internal purposes as an end-user, subject to the limitations set out in the MindSphere Agreement. Where expressly permitted in the Transaction Documents, you may also access and use and permit Third Parties to access and use Services for the purpose of such Third Party receiving a service from you. In any case, Services on the Platform may only be accessed by Users (including Third Parties) via your Account using access credentials provided by you, by Siemens at your request, or by a Third Party authorized by you. Unless otherwise agreed, the number of permitted Users for a Service shall be on a named-User-basis. Access may be reassigned between uniquely identified individual Users over time, but not so frequently as to enable sharing by multiple Users.
Use Rights. For Cloud Services contained within an Offering, Siemens grants Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and use such Cloud Services for Customer’s internal business purposes during the applicable Subscription Term, solely in accordance with the Entitlements and this Agreement. For Software and Documentation contained within an Offering, Siemens grants Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use Documentation and install and use Software for Customer’s internal business purposes during the applicable Subscription Term or such other time period specified in the Order, solely in accordance with the Entitlements and this Agreement.
Use Rights. Use Rights. Licensee may internally reproduce and use the Licensed Materials for the sole purpose of creating designs that are programmed into a Xilinx Device; and
Use Rights. The Online Services Terms in effect on the Effective Date will apply to your use of the Product for the initial Term of the Subscription. For any renewal Term, the Online Services Terms in effect on the date of renewal will apply. The use rights and Microsoft’s process for updating them are detailed in the Online Services Terms.
Use Rights. Subject to the restrictions below, you may download and make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for your use solely for the purpose of creating software that communicates with the Workspace ONE Product (the “ Developer Software ”). Some code may be designated as “distributable code” and/or “modifiable code” at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/go/vwssdk-redistribution-info. You may use and merge all or portions of the “distributable code” with your Developer Software. Any merged portion of any “distributable code” is subject to this Agreement. Additionally, you may modify or create derivative works of all or portions of the “modifiable code.” You are permitted to re-distribute the “distributable code” and the modified or derivative works of the “modifiable code” only as part of your Developer Software for non-commercial or commercial use; provided that you shall only distribute such code subject to a license agreement that protects VMware’s and its licensors’ interests consistent with the terms contained in this Agreement. If VMware has a certification program that is related to certain code, then VMware may permit you to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the code solely as embedded in your product that complies with the technical limitations and the certification requirements set forth in the documentation (the “ Certification Requirements ”). Open source software components provided with the Software are licensed to you under the terms of the applicable license agreements included with such open source software components. The open source software licenses can be found in the open_source_licenses.txt file, other materials accompanying the Software, the documentation or corresponding source files available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/download/open_source.html.
Use Rights. Xxxxxxxx owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Seamless Solution, and all intellectual property rights subsisting therein, including all patents, copyrights, source code, trademarks, and trade secrets. The customer owns its Customer Data.
