BOOKING TIMES i. Where any areas have to be specially prepared, the setting up and breaking down of equipment must be carried out within the hired times and is the responsibility of the Hirer, unless otherwise confirmed by the School.
BOOKING TIMES. The facility booked will be available for occupation between the times stated on the booking application. Please ensure that enough time is allowed to set up and clear away before, and after, use of the facility, as occupancy of the buildings or grounds for longer than the booked times may be charged.

BOOKING TIMES. The centre will be opened for you at the time shown. Please do not attempt to gain entry earlier than or stay later than the times stated on the Invoice, additional time must be booked and paid for in advance. PLEASE DO NOT go to the vicarage. Security Your safety and security is very important to us and because of this we have installed an electronic locking system on the main doors. Once the door has been opened the door will remain unlocked for only 20 seconds at a time. Please Do not attempt to wedge the door as this will damage the mechanism. We are unable to take any responsibility for loss or damage to any possessions so please keep valuables out of sight and take sensible security measures at all times.

An additional fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars will be charged for a booked appointment times before 9:00 AM. (Initial) DELAYS: A late fee of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars will be charged for every fifteen (15) minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled hair/makeup service time exceeds allotted time because of client delays. Contract will state the times late fees will begin and the amount charged will be initialed and approved by the client.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his / her satisfaction. (Initial) CANCELLATION: All deposit's paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded by check within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
BOOKING TIMES. Please keep to the booking times agreed. If you need time before or after an event to set up or clear up, please include this in your booking request. Evening bookings must be concluded and the premises vacated by midnight.
BOOKING TIMES i. The Hirer must already have a reservation for the Heritage Houses and may book events in the houses between the following times 10am – 9pm. Set up, break down and cleaning of the Venue must be within booked times.
BOOKING TIMES. 5) No booking may extend beyond 23.00.
