Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. 22.1 No person who is not a party to this Grant Agreement shall have the right to enforce any of its terms.

Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. 28.1 The PARTIES agree that no provision of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will, by virtue of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 (“the Act”), confer any benefit on nor be enforceable by any person who is not a PARTY to the CONTRACT, save for any indemnitee under CLAUSE 14. The indemnity provisions of CLAUSE 14 are intended to be enforceable by any such indemnitee by virtue of the Act.

Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. 28.1 This Agreement does not in anyway whatsoever entitle a person who is not a party to it (including, without any limitation, any employee, officer, agent, representative, of either the Council or the PCT) to enforce any term of the Agreement, which expressly, or by implication, confer a benefit on him pursuant to the Agreement (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000, without prior agreement in writing of both parties.
Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. None of the provisions of this agreement are intended to or will operate to confer any benefit (pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999) on a person who is not named as a party to this agreement.
Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. 1.8.1 Subject to Condition 1.8.2, a person who is not party to this Agreement ("Third Party") has no right to enforce any term of this Agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act. If the Parties rescind this Agreement or vary any of its terms in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement, such rescission or variation will not require the consent of any Third Party.
