INVOLUNTARY CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENTS. In the event a Bargaining Unit Member’s schedule needs to change more than one (1) hour he/she shall be given verbal and written notice twenty-one (21) days preceding the start of the new hours. The Bargaining Unit Member has the right to waive the twenty- one (21) day notice to start the new assignment immediately. Such notice shall include assignment location(s), chain of command, and job description. If an assignment needs to be changed following the end of a school term, notification will be given as soon as practical. Written notice of involuntary transfers shall be provided to the Bargaining Unit Member affected and the HESSA President as soon as practical. Administration or designee shall communicate changes with the department affected. Any Bargaining Unit Member who suffers a reduction in hourly rate of pay or hours as a result of an involuntary transfer shall be provided notice pursuant to Section 10-23.5 of the Illinois School Code. Extreme or unusual circumstances determined by administration shall be handled on an individual basis by the Superintendent or designee.

INVOLUNTARY CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENTS. In the event that the site administrator is unable to affect changes of assignments through the voluntary change of assignment procedure described in Section 11.4, the site administrator may involuntarily change the assignment of unit members. At the request of the affected unit member, the site administrator shall give the unit member the reasons for the change of assignment in writing. Before any involuntary change of assignment is implemented, the affected unit member shall be consulted and the change of assignment shall be reviewed by the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.

  • Change of Assignment Mutual consent for a change in work year assignment must be reached by March 15 for the following academic year.

  • Duration of Assignments Consideration must be given to the health and safety of personnel when assigned to fires of long duration. It is the responsibility of the Protecting Party to request relief personnel in advance of the Supporting Party’s policy time limit. The Protecting Party is further responsible for the transportation costs of moving personnel to the fire and returning those relieved personnel back to their home stations. In all cases, the Department and Forest Service agree that their Incident Commanders will release suppression resources to their primary mission responsibilities as soon as priorities allow. The National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) has established guidelines for the length of assignments for resources and personnel who accept out of state assignments. Personnel who accept assignments out of the state are expected to adhere to the guidelines identified by NWCG. For incidents within the state, there is a required 7 day minimum commitment. Both Parties agree to honor the minimum length of assignments guidelines.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND CHANGE OF CONTROL a. Seller shall not and shall cause its affiliates not to, directly, indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, in each case, whether by transfer, operation of law, Change of Control (as defined in subparagraph b below) or otherwise assign this Contract, assign any of its rights or interest in this Contract, delegate any of its obligations under this Contract, or subcontract for all or substantially all of its performance of this Contract (each, an “Assignment”), without Buyer’s prior written consent after advance written notice by Seller. No purported Assignment, with or without Buyer’s consent, shall relieve Seller of any of its obligations under this Contract or prejudice any rights or claims that Buyer may have against Seller, whether such obligations, rights or claims, as the case may be, arise before or after the date of any purported Assignment; provided however, that Seller may assign its right to monies due or to become due under this Contract, and this Article does not limit Seller’s ability to purchase standard commercial supplies or raw material in connection with its performance of this Contract.

  • CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENT BY THE STUDENT The Student may change residence assignment, (including, but not limited to, room transfers), only after receiving written or electronically reproducible approval from an authorized staff member of UCF DHRL, and only in conformity with established procedures for changing residence assignments.

  • Change in Assignment Should it become necessary to make changes in an employee's assignment, the person responsible for making the change shall notify the employee prior to making such change and shall specify such change in writing.

  • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required.   • DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT The scope of services of this Assignment shall be completed no later than August 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 3.2 of the Agreement. The schedule is subject to adjustments for possible time extension; however, any extension of time must be approved by the TFC and shall require an amendment to Assignment No. 1.

  • Change of agreement (a) We may at any time vary, modify, add to or delete the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Circular and we will notify you of any such changes in such manner as we may, in our reasonable discretion, deem fit.
