School Code Clause Samples
School Code. The Charter School shall contact GaDOE and request a school code after securing both a site code and facility code. The Charter School shall obtain a school code prior to student occupation of the site or facility.
School Code. The parties acknowledge that this procedure set forth in the article pertains to the evaluation of classroom teaching performance. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the normal day-to-day observation and evaluation of a bargaining unit member’s general performance as a district employee, nor shall it hinder or limit the right to the Board to terminate the employment of a bargaining unit member under the applicable provision of The Illinois School Code.
School Code. Any provision in this Agreement not in conformity with the Illinois School Code or any other State statutes governing public schools shall be null and void, and this Agreement shall be rewritten in order to bring it into conformity with law.

Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the normal day-to-day observation and evaluation of a bargaining unit member’s general performance as a District employee, nor shall it hinder or limit the right of the Board to terminate the employment of a bargaining unit member under the applicable provisions of the Illinois School Code.
School Code. It is understood and agreed that all provisions herein are subject to the provisions and requirements of the Illinois School Code, the Statutes pertaining to State employees and other Statutes of the State of Illinois. It is further agreed that any provision held or found to conflict with the law or regulations relating thereto, shall not be binding on either party.
School Code. Reduction-in-force shall be in accordance with School Code and any agreements reached by the Senate Bill 7 Joint Committee (ILCS 5/24-12).
