Assignment Procedure definition

Assignment Procedure means the 1993 CAPL Assignment Procedure (incorporated by reference).
Assignment Procedure means the CAPL 1993 Assignment Procedure attached as Schedule "E" hereto which supersedes any conflicting clause in the Operating Procedure;

Related to Assignment Procedure

  • Assignment / job means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract.

This bond does not directly or indirectly cover:a. loss not reported to the COMPANY in writing within sixty (60) days after termination of this Bond as an entirety;b. loss due to riot or civil commotion outside the United States of America and Canada, or any loss due to military, naval or usurped power, war or insurrection.   • Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Lender, an Eligible Assignee and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Trademark Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Patent Assignment each patent collateral assignment agreement pursuant to which an Obligor assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, such Obligor’s interests in its patents, as security for the Obligations.
