Notification of Assignments. Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.
Notification of Assignments. A. All staff members shall be given written notice of their anticipated assignments for the forthcoming school year no later than one week before the end of the current school year. If changes in a staff member’s assignment are made after such notice is given, the staff member shall be promptly notified.

All regularly employed employees shall be given written notice of their tentative assignments for the forthcoming year not later than ninety (90) days preceding the first day of the new school term. In the event changes in such assignments are proposed, the employees affected shall be notified promptly and consulted. In the event changes in the employee’s assignments are made, the employee shall be notified and the employee shall be allowed to resign if such change is not acceptable to him.

All Employees shall be given written notice of their specific grade level and/or subject assignment for the forthcoming year no later than seventy-five (75) days preceding the first day of the new school term. In the event changes in such assignments are proposed, the employee affected shall be notified promptly and consulted where reasonably possible. No changes shall be made later than sixty (60) days preceding the first day of the new school term, unless in the judgment of the administration an emergency situation arises, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as significant enrollment change or employee resignations. In such event, the employee shall be allowed to resign without fear of reprisal if such change is not acceptable to the employee. Changes in assignments shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
Notification of Assignments. All teachers shall be given notice of their assignments for the forthcoming year no later than May 30 prior to the first day of the new school term. In the event changes in such assignments are proposed, the teacher affected shall be notified and consulted as soon as possible before the change is made. If a teacher’s assignment is changed, the teacher shall be allowed to resign within five (5) work days after receiving notice of the assignment change or before the new school term begins (whichever comes first). In the event the member perceives such a change as being unnecessary, the member may request a review by the superintendent and the Association president. The request must be made in writing and submitted to the superintendent and the Association president within five (5) work days after receiving notice of the assignment change. A work day is defined as a day when the Administration Office is open for business.

All Educational Support Personnel shall be given written notice of their anticipated assignments for the forthcoming school year no later than one week prior to their last day of employment of the current school year. If changes in an Educational Support Personnel's assignment are made after such notice is given, the Educational Support Personnel shall be notified promptly.
Notification of Assignments. The Association shall receive written notification of all employee assignments within 15 days of the start of the school term.
Notification of Assignments. All employees will be notified of their assignments and building assignment on or before the end of school, or, except in the case of an emergency, by June 15 at the latest. Any change in that assignment will be given to the employee in writing.

The administration shall notify teachers (including those teachers returning from leave), in writing, of their tentative programs for the coming year by May 15th of the current year. The administration may, upon personal explanation to the teacher, modify or change the teaching assignment given. When requested, the Board will provide custodial help to assist teachers whose room assignments are changed from the previous year.

All Professional Employees will be notified of their programs for the coming school year, including schools, the specific grades and/or subjects that they will teach, and any special or unusual classes that they will have, not later than the last day of the work year, to the extent possible. In addition, every effort will be made to notify Professional Employees of room assignments by said date. In the event of a change in assignment after notification, such change will be given to all Professional Employees affected as soon as possible. To the extent possible, changes in grade and/or subject assignment will be voluntary.
