Inventory Requirement. Distributor shall at all times during the Term maintain an inventory of Units satisfactory to meet its obligations to its customers, in Distributor’s commercially reasonable judgment.
Inventory Requirement. Supplier will maintain a protective inventory equal to no less than two (2) weeks supply of each OEM Product. If this inventory is depleted, Supplier will replenish the inventory as soon as possible after depletion. In addition, Supplier will rotate its supply of OEM Products in inventory to maintain a fresh stock of inventory.
Inventory Requirement. Distributor shall at all times during the Term maintain an inventory of 72 Units.
Inventory Requirement. THERMO or its contracted manufacturers will maintain no less than forty five (45) days finished goods inventories of Products based upon Distributor’s annual unit forecast, updated on a rolling quarterly basis, pursuant to Section 2.4 above, and forty five (45) days inventory of service and support parts, based on historical usage, to assure supply of product for customers.
Inventory Requirement. During the duration of the contract, Contractor shall maintain a minimum of twenty percent (20%) of the estimated quantities of the contract items. Out-of-stock time periods not to exceed four (4) weeks may be allowed due to unforeseen delivery or manufacturing delays. Inventory Requirement. ION Networks, Inc. will maintain a protective inventory equal to 10 percent (10%) of the average monthly forecast for the most recent three (3) month rolling forecast period of each OEM product. In addition, ION Networks, Inc. will maintain a protective inventory equal to 20 percent (20%) of the average monthly forecast of each critical, single sourced or long lead-time component. If this inventory is depleted, ION Networks, Inc. will replenish the inventory as soon as possible after depletion. ION Networks, Inc. will rotate its supply of OEM Products in inventory to maintain a fresh stock of inventory. Upon termination of this agreement or cancellation of orders, ION Networks, Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the excess unique material listed in Exhibit H prior to making a request of HP to pay for the excess. If the excess unique materials cannot be mitigated by ION Networks, Inc., ION Networks, Inc. will request that HP pay for reasonable costs associated with the excess unique materials required to meet the inventory requirements above. HP will review the request paying reasonable costs within 30 days of ION Networks, Inc. request.
Inventory Requirement. 8.1. At all times during the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof, Xxxxxx will maintain an inventory of at least twenty (20) percent of Xxxxxx'x estimated purchases of Substance from Xxxxxx for the next two quarters, as set forth in Article 7.4.
Inventory Requirement. The parties agree that Distributor shall have an initial inventory of 60 Units, which shall be shipped to Distributor as follows: 60 Units by December 31, 2004. Upon the delivery of 60 Units by January 30, 2005, Distributor shall at all times thereafter during the Term maintain an inventory of 60 Units These requirements may change based on mutual agreement.
Inventory Requirement. Unless Pharmacyclics has temporarily waived such requirement pursuant to Sections 4.2 and 6.2 and Article 15, at all times during the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof, HCC will maintain an inventory of each Drug Substance sufficient to supply at least one hundred percent (100%) of Pharmacyclics' estimated requirements of such Drug Substance for the next four calendar quarters, as set forth in the long-term forecast for such time period delivered by Pharmacyclics under Section 6.1. Such inventory will be maintained at more than one site (the "Inventory Sites"), with no more than sixty percent (60%) of the inventory maintained at any one site. The Inventory Sites will be specified in the applicable Drug Substance Appendix, and will be located at least one hundred (100) miles away from each other. The Drug Substances will be withdrawn from inventory on a First-In-First-Out basis, and HCC will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimize the age of the Drug Substances maintained in inventory. HCC's obligations set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph will only be in effect for each Drug Substance commencing on January 1 of the second full calendar year following the commercial launch of such Drug Substance.

If this inventory is depleted, Supplier shall replenish the inventory as soon as possible after depletion.
