Unique Materials definition

Unique Materials means Materials that are custom designed for a Product or are not otherwise commercially usable or salable by Flextronics. Volume Shipment Date Shall mean the date on which Customer accepts a Product for volume production and shipment of revenue units to End Customers. Warranty Period Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Warranty Period shall be the shorter of twelve (12) months from the date the Product is delivered to an End Customer or fifteen (15) months from the date the Product is shipped to Customer. Unique Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Unique Materials

Unique Materials means special parts or components or dedicated raw materials which are used in the production of HP’s Unique Product and which cannot reasonably be reused, reworked, returned, sold or otherwise incorporated into any other products manufactured by Supplier.
Unique Materials. (i.e., artwork, printed materials, labels, and cartons) purchased by EDT expressly to meet its performance obligations under this Agreement in reliance upon a firm Purchase Order accepted pursuant to Section 3.7 and which later are made obsolete, or to the extent that such Unique Materials remain on hand at the expiration or termination of this Agreement as provided under Article 11 unless terminated (i) by SM for breach by EDT or (ii) by EDT pursuant to Section 11.5. For purposes of this Section 3.12, material is obsolete if it cannot be incorporated into the Product due to changes mandated by a Regulatory Authority, changes directed by SM, or SM-mandated cancellation or postponement. EDT may invoice SM for *** of Unique Materials after they are made obsolete. Unique Materials. Material which is solely used in the manufacture of McDATA's products. If the material is or can be used by SCI in the manufacture of product for other customers' products, and SCI has a current purchasing requirement for such material, the material shall not be considered unique.
