Commercial Launch definition

Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.
Commercial Launch means the first commercial sale in the Territory of the Product by Par, its Affiliate or a permitted sublicensee, as the case may be, to a Third Party.
Commercial Launch means, with respect to the Product and a country in the Territory, the first sale to a Third Party of such Product in such country after Regulatory Approval in such country.

Commercial Launch means, with respect to a Product, the first commercial sale of such Product to a Third Party occurring after Regulatory Approval for such Product.
