GLASS. The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

GLASS. Tenant agrees to immediately replace all glass in the demised premises if broken or damaged during the term of this Lease with glass of the same quality as that broken or damaged.

GLASS. The Tenant expressly covenants and agrees to replace any broken glass in the windows or other apertures of the Leased Premises which may become damaged or destroyed at its cost and expense.
GLASS. Tenant shall pay on demand the cost of replacement with as good quality and size of any glass broken on the Leased Premises including outside windows and doors of the perimeter of the Leased Premises (including perimeter windows in the exterior walls or interior glass) during the continuance of this Lease, unless the glass shall be broken by the Landlord, its servants, employees or agents acting on its behalf.
