Common use of Interior Clause in Contracts

Interior. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 14, Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to maintain within the interior of the Premises all signs and advertising matter customary or appropriate in the conduct of Tenant’s business; provided, however, that Tenant shall, upon demand of Landlord, immediately remove any sign, advertisement, decoration, lettering or notice which Tenant has placed or permitted to be placed in, upon, or about the Premises which is visible from the exterior of the Premises, and which Landlord deems objectionable or offensive in Landlord’s sole discretion. If Tenant fails or refuses to do so, Landlord may enter upon the Premises and remove same at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall maintain such signs in a neat, clear and orderly condition.
