Interconnection and Transmission Facilities. Subject to the approval of the Management Committee, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, each Owner shall have the right to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, repair and replace, at its own cost and expense, at, on, along, over, under and across the Initial Iatan Station Site, such interconnection and transmission facilities as are reasonably required (i) to enable it to deliver to its own system the electric power and energy that it is entitled to receive from Unit 2, (ii) to establish interconnections between its system and the systems of others, and/or (iii) to connect separated portions of its own system facilities, provided that such solely-owned interconnection and transmission facilities shall be so installed, operated and maintained as not unreasonably to interfere with or materially impair the use of Xxxx 0, Xxxx 0, any Additional Unit, the Common Facilities, other generation facilities or any then existing facilities located on the Iatan Station Site or the ultimate full utilization of any thereof. To the extent any Owner exercises any rights under this Section, such Owner shall indemnify the remaining Owners for any liability resulting from the construction, installation, operation or retirement of interconnection and transmission facilities. Any facilities built pursuant to this Section shall be removed from the Iatan Station Site upon the retirement or abandonment of Unit 2 subject to any required RTO approval. 21266434\V-1
Interconnection and Transmission Facilities. (a) All metering devices specified in Appendix E and all Interconnection Facilities to be installed on PEPCO's side of the Interconnection Point necessary to enable PEPCO to receive power from the Facility at the Interconnection Point, including, but not limited to, any transformers, switches, relays, other protective devices, communications equipment and safety equipment, and transmission improvements necessary to accommodate the interconnection of the Facility to the PEPCO System shall be planned, designed, constructed, installed, operated and maintained by PEPCO at the expense of Seller (except as otherwise specified in Subsections 10.2(a) and 10.2(b) with respect to responsibility for the expense of inspecting and testing the metering devices). Such amounts shall be paid by Seller to PEPCO pursuant to Section 6.6. All Interconnection Facilities, other than the metering devices specified in Appendix E, to be installed at the Site or on property not owned by PEPCO shall be planned, designed, constructed, installed, operated and maintained by, and at the expense of, Seller in accordance with PEPCO's requirements.

  • Interoffice Transmission Facilities BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rule 51.311 and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, to interoffice transmission facilities on an unbundled basis to <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from CBB to Verizon, CBB, at CBB’s own expense, shall:

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and ICG, ICG shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, and the Entrance Facility on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
