Metering Devices. An accessible, protected and satisfactory site shall be mutually agreed upon by the respective Parties at each Distribution-Owned Substation and Transmission-Owned Substation, and the non-owning Party shall be provided at the owning Party’s expense, for installation at such site of metering devices, unless the owning Party elects to install meters on poles or other locations controlled by it. Each owning Party grants to non-owning Party at all reasonable times and with reasonable supervision, the right of free ingress and egress to such sites for the purpose of installing, testing, reading, inspecting, repairing, operating, altering, or removing any of the non-owning Party’s property located at such sites or for other purposes necessary to enable either Party to deliver or receive electric energy, suspend the delivery or receipt thereof, or determine owning Party’s compliance with this Agreement.

Metering Devices. Grass Valley may use technology-based metering devices, passive restraints, and logging tools and software to (a) monitor and regulate usage of the SaaS Services, and (b) to aid in providing support and diagnosing defects in the SaaS Services or temporarily restrict usage until Fees have been paid in full. Customer acknowledges that such passive restraints, metering devices and logging tools are a reasonable method to ensure compliance with the License and have been factored into the License, Fees and this Agreement as a whole. Customer agrees that Customer will not circumvent, override, or otherwise bypass such metering devices, passive restraints or logging tools that monitor or regulate the Use of the SaaS Services.

Metering Devices. Metering devices installed by APS (“Metering Devices”) shall be used to measure the quantity of Effluent delivered to the Delivery Points and to measure Effluent flows for purposes of calculating the Representative Usage. Title to the Metering Devices shall be vested in the Palo Verde Participants. The Metering Devices shall be the basis for determining the Delivered Effluent Quantity. The Metering Devices shall be of a design and type acceptable to Phoenix and APS. The Palo Verde Participants shall bear the cost of the Metering Devices and the cost to install, operate, maintain, repair, replace, and calibrate the Metering Devices. APS shall calibrate the Metering Devices no less frequently than once every six months. The SROG Cities may request in writing additional calibrations of the Metering Devices by an independent third party; provided that the cost incurred by the Palo Verde Participants for each additional calibration shall be reimbursed by the SROG Cities unless any such additional calibration reveals that the inaccuracy of the Metering Devices is greater than plus or minus two percent, in which case the cost of such additional calibration shall be borne by the Palo Verde Participants.
Metering Devices. All Metering Devices shall be purchased at the expense of, and owned by, the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall be obligated to install promptly Metering Devices with respect to all newly designated Concession Metered Parking Spaces and Reserve Metered Parking Spaces. If a Concession Metered Parking Space or a Reserve Metered Parking Space ceases to be designated by the City as a Metered Parking Space, then the Concessionaire must immediately cease to collect Metered Parking Fees with respect to such parking space and, upon the direction of the City, shall proceed to remove all Metering Devices with respect thereto. The installation and the removal of Metering Devices shall be undertaken in accordance with the Operating Standards.

Metering Devices. The Software may contain technology based metering devices and passive restraints to regulate usage. For example, the Software may contain a license file limiting use to the licensed number of concurrent users or named users or may temporarily restrict usage until license and other fees have been paid in full. You acknowledge that such restraints and metering devices are a reasonable method to ensure compliance with the license and have been factored into the license and other fees and the Agreement as a whole. You agree that You will not circumvent, override, or otherwise bypass such metering devices and restraints that regulate the use of the Software.

Metering Devices. The following is added to Section 4 (Metering devices): The metering devices and passive restraints mentioned in this Section are those specified in the accompanying order document.
Metering Devices. (i) All Metering Devices used to measure the Energy Output under this Agreement shall be subject to approval by BPA, owned by Seller, and installed in accordance with the Interconnection Facilities Agreement. Seller shall, at Seller’s expense, install communication equipment that allows BPA to read the Metering Devices from a remote location (such as BPA headquarters) at any time. Metering Devices shall be maintained directly by Seller or by agents or subcontractors directly under the Seller’s control or by the Transmission System Operator. All Metering Devices used to measure the Energy Output under this Agreement shall be sealed and the seal may be broken only when such Metering Devices are to be inspected, and tested and/or adjusted. The number, type, and location of such Metering Devices shall be specified in the Interconnection Facilities Agreement.
Metering Devices. Parking Company shall be required to maintain and operate the Metering Devices in accordance with the Operating Standards. Parking Company will inspect all Metering Devices in a manner designed to identify and promptly repair or replace defective or inoperative Metering Devices. If Parking Company utilizes physical Metering Devices that the general public can identify, Parking Company shall establish a method pursuant to which members of the general public may report inoperative and defective Metering Devices and shall display, at or near each Metering Device, a telephone number and internet address for the reporting of inoperative and defective Metering Devices and other operational problems related to the Metered Parking System and Metered Parking System Operations. Nothing in this Agreement will prohibit Parking Company from using metering technology such as cameras or in-car readers that replace physical on-street Metering Devices.
