Site Representative. At Owner’s sole discretion, designate (by a Notice delivered to Contractor) a “Site Representative” who shall be permitted, notwithstanding Section 11.1(a) reasonable access to all portions of the Work on Site for purposes of inspection at all reasonable times. At Owner’s sole discretion, the Owner Representative may also serve as the Site Representative or the Inspector. Owner may designate a new Site Representative from time to time by a Notice delivered to Contractor.
Site Representative. An Allotment Tenant who works as a middle person between the Council and the Tenants and helps oversee the Allotment.
Site Representative. During the period from the Closing Date until a reasonable interval (not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days) after the In-Service Operation Date, each Owner, at its expense, shall have the right to locate an employee (a “Site Representative”) at the Iatan Station Site to monitor Unit 2 construction. The Site Representative of a particular Owner may elect to be on-site either full time or part time at such particular Owner's discretion, provided such Site Representative agrees to inform the Operator of its presence on site and agrees to comply with all safety, security and other construction or operational rules and regulations applicable to personnel at the Iatan Station Site. Should an Owner desire to use a non-employee as its Site Representative, said Owner shall notify the Operator in writing of its desire to use a non-employee as its Site Representative. The written notification shall identify the individual that the Owner proposes to use as Site Representative, the company with which the non-employee is associated, the nature of the relationship between the Owner and its proposed non-employee representative and his or her company. The Operator shall have the right to reasonably reject the proposed non-employee representative, either the individual proposed to serve as Site Representative or the company with which the proposed non-employee Site Representative is associated. The Operator shall respond to an Owner’s request to use a non-employee Site Representative within thirty (30) days after receiving written notification. From the period from the Closing Date until a reasonable time (consistent with the demobilization of KCPL’s construction activities and in any event not to exceed six months) after the In-Service Operation Date, the Operator will provide, at no charge, a suitable area for trailers or other temporary space in the vicinity of other construction trailers on site, for such Owners to occupy, it being understood that Owners choosing to have a Site Representative shall be responsible for any and all costs (including utilities, employee compensation and benefits, and 21266434\V-1
Site Representative. 5.1 The Client may, at its cost and expense, have its Site Representative available during the Survey to inspect the Data as it is recovered by the Contractor.
Site Representative. The Person engaged by Owner to supervise and cause the FPSO Work and the Services to be satisfactorily performed prior to the Sailaway Date. Sole Fault The act or omission of any Person and such act or omission was not contributed in any material way to or caused by (i) the act or omission of any other Person outside of such Person’s Group, or (ii) any Force Majeure Event or any other event outside of the control of the first Person. Specifications Subject to the provisions of Clause 2.4(iv), the description and specifications of the FPSO set out in Appendix D. Subcontractor Any entity to whom Owner has subcontracted any of its obligations or Services under this Charter.
Site Representative. 10.1 Under Article 12 of the Railway Master Agreement (a copy of which Article 12 is for convenience annexed hereto as Schedule 10.1) BNSF will engage the services of a dedicated site representative (defined in the Railway Master Agreement and herein as the “Site Representative”), at the Province’s cost as set out in Article 12 of the Railway Master Agreement, to provide the services set out therein in respect of the Railway Master Agreement, this Agreement and the Temporary Track Bed and Access Statutory Right of Way Agreement. The Site Representative shall provide the services set out in Article 12 of the Railway Master Agreement as they apply to this Agreement and the provisions of Article 12 will apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement.
Site Representative. 23.1 All decisions made by the Site Representative shall be final. Any breach of these Conditions of Hire will be deemed sufficient cause for cancellation of the hiring.
Site Representative. 4. Field Operations Guide (FOG) workshop attendance – planning session designed to identify and develop a core group of POD site plan subject matter experts. Required participants for this training include the following persons/functions (e.g. Fire Captain, Police Sergeant, etc.) identified within POD organization chart to fill the following positions:
Site Representative. Subcontractor will provide a qualified superintendent or xxxxxxx who is fluent in English and authorized to receive orders and make decisions regarding the Work. Subcontractor will submit qualifications of the site representative and other key personnel of Subcontractor to Contractor for review and approval before assignment to Project. The site representative must have all necessary equipment and technology as required by Contractor to effectively communicate. Subject to Contractor’s right to demand removal of any personnel under Section 5.12, the superintendent or xxxxxxx may not be changed without Contractor’s approval except in cases of termination from employment, sickness or death.
