Power and Energy. Students will understand how power is developed from mechanical and alternative energy sources. They will explain energy conversion from electrical to mechanical as relates to transportation vehicles.
Power and Energy. Subject to Paragraphs 8 and 9, each Company shall at all times have full ownership of and available to it at the 1975 Unit the portion of the generating capability of the 1975 Unit and the energy associated therewith, corresponding to its Ownership Share. Each Company shall keep the Operating Company informed as to the amount of power it requires to be generated for it. Subject to its capability, operating conditions and necessary or unavoidable outages, the 1975 Unit shall be operated so as to produce a minimum output equal to the sum of the power requirements of the Companies therefrom.
Power and Energy. Subject to Section 9, each Company shall at all times have full ownership of and available to it at the Station a portion of the generating capability of the Station, and the energy associated therewith, corresponding to its Ownership Share. Each Company shall cause the Operating Company to be kept informed as to the amount of power it requires be generated for it at the Station. Subject to its capability and to necessary or unavoidable outages, the Station shall be operated so as to produce continually an electrical energy output equal to the sum of the power requirements of the Companies therefrom.

Subject to Sections 3.09 and 3.10, each Company shall at all times have full ownership of and available to it at the Nuclear Plant the portion of the generating capability of the Nuclear Plant and the energy associated therewith, corresponding to its Ownership Share. Each Company shall keep the Operating Company informed as to the amount of power it requires to be generated for it. Subject to its capability, operating conditions and necessary or unavoidable outages, the Nuclear Plant shall be operated so as to produce a minimum output equal to the sum of the power requirements of the Companies therefrom.

Subject to Paragraphs 8 and 9, each Company, from the date of commercial operation of the 1975 Unit until the date of commercial operation of the 1978 Unit, shall at all times have full ownership of and available to it at the 1975 Unit the portion of the generating capability of the 1975 Unit and the energy associated therewith, corresponding to its ownership share as specified in Paragraph 1(a) above. Subject to Paragraphs 8 and 9, each Company, from the date of commercial operation of the 1978 Unit and thereafter, shall at all times have full ownership of and available to it at the Columbia Plant the portion of the generating capability of the Columbia Plant corresponding to its Ownership Share as specified in Paragraph l(b) above. Each Company shall keep the Operating Company informed as to the amount of power it requires to be generated for it. Subject to its capability, operating conditions and necessary or unavoidable outages, the 1975 and 1978 Units shall be operated so as to produce a minimum output equal to the sum of the power requirements of the Companies therefrom.
Power and Energy. Except to the extent provided otherwise in this Agreement or in the Joint Operating Manual, each Company, from and after the In-Service Date of Weston 4, shall at all times have full ownership of and entitlement to its Ownership Share of Weston 4 capacity and the associated amount of net Weston 4 energy that is transmitted and delivered from Weston 4 to the ATC transmission system. Weston 4 shall be dispatched in accordance with Good Utility Practice, the operating characteristics of the unit and the limits and practices imposed by the owner or operator of the transmission system or market authority having jurisdiction. Specific dispatch principles are set forth in Section 13 of the Joint Operating Manual. These principles may be modified by the JPOC from time to time as needed to reflect industry changes. If the dispatch principles are modified by the JPOC over DPC's objection, the <PAGE> modification will become effective upon adoption, but it may be challenged by DPC on a prospective basis through the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in Section 21 if such modification would conflict with the dispatch principles set forth in this section, or would result in a disproportionate limitation on DPC's Ownership Share of the capacity and energy from Weston 4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the Joint Operating Manual, however, there is no guarantee that either of the Companies will be able to obtain transmission for its share of the net Weston 4 energy once it has been delivered to the ATC transmission system. DPC shall keep WPSC informed as to the amount of power it requests to be generated for it from Weston 4. Subject to its capability, operating conditions, and necessary or unavoidable outages, Weston 4 shall be operated so as to produce a minimum output equal to the sum of the power requirements of the Companies therefrom. WPSC shall keep DPC informed as to the maximum amount of power available from Weston 4 from time to time. WPSC shall also provide DPC with such generation output testing data and other information as DPC shall reasonably require in order to obtain and maintain accreditation of DPC's share of capacity from Weston 4 by XXXX. Weston 4 will be dispatched by each Company in accordance with the dispatch principles set forth herein or in the Joint Operating Manual (except as may be otherwise permitted by the JPOC), subject in any event to the minimum dispatch limits of the unit, and dispatch limits imposed by...

West Penn shall at all times during the term of this Agreement have full ownership of and available to it at the Station its approximately one-third generating capability of the Station, and the energy associated therewith, in accordance with the Lease Agreement of even date herewith.
