Generation Facilities definition

Generation Facilities means the equipment and installations used to generate electrical energy, including any associated civil, electrical and hydro-mechanical works;
Generation Facilities means those tanks that are permanently installed, which routinely contain fuel to be used in emergency generators in the event of a power failure.
Generation Facilities means generating Resources (as defined in the Market Rules).

Examples of Generation Facilities in a sentence

  • Any term used herein and not defined shall have the same meaning as the defined terms used in Iowa Utilities Board Chapter 45 rules on Electric Interconnection of Distributed Generation Facilities (199 IAC 45.1).

  • Customer shall bear full responsibility for the installation, maintenance and safe operation of the Generation Facilities.

  • Additionally, if the fault is with Customer's Generation Facilities, such automatic disconnecting device shall not be reclosed until after the fault is isolated from Customer's facilities.

  • Utility shall also have at all times immediate access to breakers or any other equipment that will isolate the Generation Facilities from Utility's electric system.

  • Upon reasonable advance notice to Customer, Utility shall have access at reasonable times to the Generation Facilities whether before, during or after the time the Generation Facilities first produce energy, to perform reasonable on-site inspections to verify that the installation and operation of the Generation Facilities comply with the requirements of this Agreement and to verify the proper installation and continuing safe operation of the Generation Facilities.


More Definitions of Generation Facilities

Generation Facilities means the electrical generating units and ancillary equipment (including, by way of example and not by way of limitation, associated fuel storage tanks) and lines now or in the future from time to time as may be installed, added to, altered, removed, modified, restored, rebuilt, replaced, relocated, and/or expanded, on the Grantor’s Property, including any improvements located in the Generation Facilities Easement Area.
Generation Facilities means generating Resources (as defined in the Market Rules). “Generation Group Member” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.2(a) of this Agreement. “Generation Sector” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.2(a) of this Agreement.
Generation Facilities means the Generating Units more particularly described in Schedule 1 to this Licence.
Generation Facilities means the electric generation facilities and energy storage systems owned by PacGen from time to time. The Generation Facilities as of the Commencement Date are set forth on Schedule [D], which will be updated from time to time by PacGen, and such updated schedule will be provided by PacGen to PG&E.
Generation Facilities means the generating plant and all related equipment essential to the generation of electricity;
Generation Facilities means all of the electric generation facilities and energy storage systems owned by PacGen from time to time.
Generation Facilities means the Generating Units and other apparatus and equipment necessary for electricity generation in accordance with this Licence;
