Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Sample Clauses

Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. The PCO and the Point of Interconnection (“POI”) are designated on Figure A-1 to this Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities (“CTOAFs”) include the facilities from the PCO to the POI. As depicted in Figure A-1, the CTOAFs include the following major electrical and physical equipment:  Three (3) 362 kV, 3000A, 63 kA SF6 insulated, disconnect switches with ground switches and pothead enclosures;  Eighteen (18) C800, 600 V, 3000/5A, slip over current transformers;  Nine (9) 600 V, 3000/5A, revenue meter class current transformers. Pursuant to Article 5.1.3 of this Agreement, the Developer has chosen the option to build the CTOAFs. The Developer will design and construct the CTOAFs in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations and the applicable requirements and standards of the Connecting Transmission Owner set forth in Appendix H, and subject to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s approval, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the NYISO OATT. The Developer will provide the CTOAFs to the Connecting Transmission Owner in such condition that they comply with all Applicable Laws and Regulations.
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities are diagrammed in Figure A-1 of this Appendix A.
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. The PCO and the Point of Interconnection (“POI”) are designated on Figure A-1 to this Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities (“CTOAFs”) include the facilities between the PCO and the POI. As depicted in Figure A-1, the CTOAFs include the following major electrical and physical equipment:
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities include all facilities between the Point of Change of Ownership and the Point of Interconnection. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will contain the revenue metering units, one (1) 115 kV disconnect switch and the necessary 115 kV bus work and structures to connect the new Point of Interconnection substation, known as the Spencer Hill Substation, with the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. This includes the following major electrical and physical equipment:
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities.  138 kV cable from the point between bus section 14 and bus tie feeder 100 to the 138 kV potheads which are owned by the Interconnection Customer in the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Jamaica 138 kV Substation;  One (1) 138kV 63-kA dedicated feeder breaker 15 and associated current transformers, coupling capacitor voltage transformers, disconnect switches, ground switches, surge arresters, associated buswork, and supports at the Jamaica 138 kV Substation;  Two (2) 138 kV disconnect switches associated with feeder breaker 15 at the Jamaica 138 kV Substation, Interconnection Customer
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. ‌ Connecting Transmission Owner shall own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer.
