Intent and Scope. 1. The purpose of this procedure is to provide an orderly method of resolving grievances. A determined effort will be made to settle any such differences at the lowest possible level in the grievance procedure. Meetings and discussion involving grievances and grievance procedures will be scheduled so as not to interfere with the faculty member’s duties.
