INITIAL SCHEDULING. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best training program at The Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Center for Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation and Recovery (“Motion Project”). All initial scheduling of appointments should be made through our administrative staff. Please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate every requested date or time.

INITIAL SCHEDULING. In order for PPL to initiate scheduling of the Electricity to the Customer's Facility(ies) and complete enrollment requirements with the EDC and/or ETP, this Agreement, and the applicable Purchasing Attachment(s), must be executed by both Parties no later than eight (8) business days prior to the first scheduled delivery day.
INITIAL SCHEDULING. Prior to June 1 of each year beginning in 2000 with respect to 2001, Publisher and RHD will meet and agree upon any changes to dates in the directory schedule for publications published commencing January 1 of the following year. Thereafter, the Parties shall meet to review and discuss any further changes suggested in the publishing schedules as needed. Publisher shall reimburse RHD its reasonable costs incurred as a result of scheduling changes, in accordance with the Work Request Process.

  • Initial Budget The initial Budget shall be agreed upon by -------------- the parties before the execution of this Management Services Agreement and shall be attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. [Insert the split/sharing of shift numbers here] Similarly, the employee will submit all requests for time off including vacation to the designated employer in accordance with the collective agreement.

  • Notice to Proceed Work shall not commence on this Project until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
