Corporate Users Clause Samples

The 'Corporate Users' clause defines the rights and responsibilities of organizations or business entities that use a product or service, as opposed to individual consumers. It typically outlines how corporate accounts are created, managed, and who within the organization is authorized to act on its behalf. This clause ensures that there is clarity regarding the legal relationship between the service provider and the corporate entity, helping to allocate responsibility and prevent disputes over account usage or authority.
