Access Credentials definition

Access Credentials means the usernames, passwords and other credentials enabling access to the Hosted Services, including both access credentials for the User Interface and access credentials for the API;
Access Credentials means the information issued by ARMLS (such as a user identification number), created by the Subscriber (such as a password), or provided by other means that collectively and severally are required for the Subscriber to be identified by the ARMLS system as a Subscriber in good standing and to gain access to use the MLS.

  • Customer shall employ all physical, administrative, and technical controls, screening, and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to securely administer and perform the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and Customer Data and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of Customer Data, CloudSim, Materials, and any other Applied software.

  • Customer shall keep all Access Credentials and Customer Data confidential and for Customer’s internal use only.

  • Customer understands that Customer is responsible for all use (including any unauthorized use) of Access Credentials associated with Customer or Customer’s account and the Customer Data.

Access Credentials means one or more login ID, password, identification number, token, biometric identification (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) or other means of identification and authentication, or combination thereof, that we require for logging into or otherwise accessing your Digital Banking Service or its Zelle functionality.
Access Credentials means login information, passwords, security protocols, and policies through which Users access the Raptor Services.

The term includes, as the context may require, any additional access numbers, words, or codes required by the applications or equipment that you use in connection with the Services or that are otherwise established by you.
Access Credentials means identification names and numbers, passwords, tokens, codes and/or other means of identification that are provided to or selected by you, your Administrator(s) and/or your Authorized User(s), for purposes of establishing identity and authorization to access and use a Service or a particular function therein.
Access Credentials means the user ID and password you use to log in to the Business Mobile Application.
