Access Credentials definition

Access Credentials means any user name, identification number, password, license or security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, alone or in combination, to verify an individual's identity and authorization to access and use the Hosted Services.
Access Credentials means one or more login ID, password, identification number, token, biometric identification (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) or other means of identification and authentication, or combination thereof, that we require for logging into or otherwise accessing your Digital Banking Service or its Zelle functionality.
Access Credentials means the information issued by ARMLS (such as a user identification number), created by the Subscriber (such as a password), or provided by other means that collectively and severally are required for the Subscriber to be identified by the ARMLS system as a Subscriber in good standing and to gain access to use the MLS.

Facebook reserves the right to suspend or revoke Access Credentials and access to the Facebook Data at any time, including in the event of any actual or suspected misuse or abuse of Access Credentials, or any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Addendum.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Facebook may terminate, suspend or revoke access and any right to use Facebook Data and Access Credentials for any Authorized Individuals who fail to comply with all applicable obligations and requirements under this Agreement.

Institution and Principal Investigator will (a) require all Authorized Individuals to protect Access Credentials from disclosure to, discovery by, and unauthorized use by, third parties, (b) require all Authorized Individuals not to provide any Access Credentials to any third party, and(c) remain fully responsible and liable for any use, including any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized use, of any Access Credentials.

In the event of any actual or suspected misuse, abuse, or unauthorized use, or any suspected disclosure to or discovery by third parties, of any Access Credentials, or of any actual or suspected attempt to engage in any of the foregoing, Institution and Principal Investigator will promptly (but in no event later than seventy-two (72) hours after Institution’s or Principal Investigator’s discovery of the foregoing) notify Facebook.

In the event that an Authorized Individual is no longer involved in the applicable Research Project or no longer requires access to the Facebook Data for any reason, Institution and Principal Investigator will promptly notify Facebook and Facebook may terminate such Authorized Individual’s access to the requested Facebook Data (including by suspending or revoking his or her Access Credentials as set forth below).

Access Credentials means the administrator usernames and passwords that allow full access to the Product
Access Credentials means any user name, identification number, password, security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, to verify authorization to access and use the Services.
Access Credentials means any personal or secret code or personal identification number (PIN), including any code or PIN used in connection with any out-of-band authentication procedures, user identification technology, biometric identification, token, certificate, access device, security questions, procedures, processes, or credentials selected by you or issued to you by us, as the case may be, that will be used by you to obtain access to the Services, to authenticate you, and/or to authorize Service transactions and activity. The term includes, as the context may require, any additional access numbers, words, or codes required by the applications or equipment that you use in connection with the Services or that are otherwise established by you.
Access Credentials means information, items or characteristics necessary to gain access to your Computer or the Computer of your Financial Institution, and used to authenticate the user's identity, including, but not limited to, passwords, personal identification numbers, shared secrets, tokens and biometrics.
Access Credentials means the ATM-PIN, CIN, OTP, OSD, Unlock Code, any of my enrolled biometric data and/or any other forms of identification or device, issued, enrolled or prescribed by you or on your behalf for the use and/or access to certain aspects, features or services of Citibank Online or other services prescribed by you from time to time, in respect of my Account(s).
Access Credentials means the identification details granting access to the App.
Access Credentials means the user ID and password you use to log in to the Business Mobile Application.
