Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VI, in accepting the trusts hereby created Wilmington Trust Company acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Trust Agreement or any Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VI, in accepting the trusts hereby created the Owner Trustee acts solely as trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements shall look only to the Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as stated in this Article VI, in accepting the trusts created by this Agreement, U.S. Bank Trust National Association acts solely as Owner Trustee under this Agreement and not in its individual capacity. Any Person with a claim against the Owner Trustee related to a Transaction Document will look only to the Trust Property for payment or satisfaction of that claim.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created [_____________________] acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.

Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created, Wilmington Trust, National Association acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee or the Trust by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Trust Assets for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association acts solely as Eligible Lender Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity and all Persons having any claim against the Eligible Lender Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, in accepting the trusts hereby created, each of The Bank of New York Mellon and BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware is acting solely as Owner Trustee and Delaware Trustee, respectively, hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee or the Delaware Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. In accepting the trusts hereby created, Xxxxx Fargo Delaware Trust Company, National Association, acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity. Except with respect to a claim based on the failure of the Owner Trustee to perform its duties under this Agreement or based on the Owner Trustee's willful misconduct, bad faith or gross negligence, no recourse shall be had for any claim based on any provision of this Agreement, the Notes or the Certificates, or based on rights obtained through the assignment of any of the foregoing, against the institution serving as the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity. The Owner Trustee shall not have any personal obligation, liability or duty whatsoever to any Securityholder or any other Person with respect to any such claim, and any such claim shall be asserted solely against the Trust or any indemnitor who shall furnish indemnity as provided in this Indenture.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created, The Bank of New York acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and The Bank of New York (Delaware) acts solely as Delaware Trustee hereunder and not in their individual capacities, and all Persons having any claim against the Co-Trustees by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article, in accepting the trusts hereby created the Trust Company acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee or the Trust by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Program Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
