Identification of Unit Members. No later than the Friday after Labor Day, the District will provide the Union with a current list of employees that are part of the negotiation unit as described in Article I section A. This list will be in an electronic format agreed upon by the District and the Union. The Union will provide the District with a list of members and non-members no later than ten (10) working days prior to the last payroll date in September. The Union will provide the District with updates to Union membership monthly.

Identification of Unit Members. The District shall furnish to the Association by November 1 of each year a list of each unit member’s name, site location, home address, home telephone number, and date of first paid service. An updated list shall be furnished during the third quarter of the school year. The Association agrees to use the above information for internal organizational purposes only and agrees not to disclose this information to a third party.

  • Identification Card Any cards issued to Members are for identification only.

Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Distribution of Union Information At non-secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place and distribute materials at mutually agreed to locations frequented by employees, before and after work, and during breaks and meals periods. At secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place informational materials for employees at the work site. The placement will be limited to roll call areas, and in or near officers' dining room. The information shall be placed at a table provided by the Employer and may have a sign of identification. This placement must be done by an employee or a Union staff representative designated by the Union during the employee's non-working hours. Distribution of materials will be done in a non-secure area during non-work hours.

  • Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.
