Information to the Union 9.01 The Employer will forward to the Secretary of the Union at least once a month, the name, address and telephone number of all newly-hired employees who will be included in the bargaining unit. The Employer further agrees to inform the Union of the name of any employee in the bargaining unit leaving the employ of the Employer.
Cooperation Prior to the Distribution Prior to the Distribution:
Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
Notification to the Union Where the Employer is aware that certain issues have occurred, the Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.
Reasonable Efforts/Cooperation Each of the Parties hereto will use its commercially reasonable efforts to promptly take, or cause to be taken, all actions and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable Laws and regulations to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including adopting plans or plan amendments. Each of the Parties hereto shall cooperate fully on any issue relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for which the other Party seeks a determination letter or private letter ruling from the IRS, an advisory opinion from the DOL or any other filing, consent or approval with respect to or by a Governmental Authority.
Agreement to Provide Information Intermediary agrees to provide the Fund, upon written request, the taxpayer identification number (“TIN”), the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (“ITIN”), or other government-issued identifier (“GII”), if known, of any or all Shareholder(s) of the account and the amount, date, name or other identifier of any investment professional(s) associated with the Shareholder(s) or account (if known), and transaction type (purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange) of every purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange of Shares held through each account maintained by the Intermediary during the period covered by the request.
Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.
Reporting and liaison 13.1 The Grantee agrees to provide the Reporting Material specified in the Grant Details to the Commonwealth.
UNION COOPERATION The Union, as well as the members thereof, agree at all times as fully as it may be within their power, to further the interests of the Employer.
Information/Cooperation Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Bank as may be reasonably required by the Bank, in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party; provided, however, that Executive shall not be required to provide information or assistance with respect to any litigation between Executive and the Bank or any other subsidiaries or affiliates.
