Health and Dental Insurance Programs. The University provides eligible employees with health insurance options. The Tufts Health Plan or comparable plan will continue to be offered to eligible employees. The University will pay the same contribution towards employees’ health insurance as offered to non-Union University non-exempt staff. Any amendment or changes in the plans or in the University's contributions to the plans that are implemented for other non-exempt employees of the University shall be made applicable to employees covered by this Agreement. The University provides eligible employees with dental insurance options. Options include Delta Premier and Delta Care dental plans or comparable plans. The University will pay the same contribution towards employees’ dental insurance as offered to non-Union University non- exempt staff. Any amendment or changes in the University's contributions that are implemented for other non-exempt employees of the University shall be made applicable to employees covered by this Agreement.

Health and Dental Insurance Programs. 24.1 The Employer shall provide the health plan (medical, vision and dental) currently in effect for bargaining unit employees until either of the following occurs: If the VNA enters into a successor collective bargaining agreement with another union prior to December 31, 2015, the VNA will notify the Union of that event and describe the terms and conditions of the health plan in that collective bargaining agreement. Within 14 days of receiving such notice, the Union may elect (by notice to the VNA) to substitute that health plan for bargaining unit employees, in which case the VNA shall offer that health plan to bargaining unit employees during the next regular open enrollment period (or earlier, upon mutual agreement of the VNA and the Union). If the VNA does not enter into a successor collective bargaining agreement with another union that is ratified prior to December 31, 2015, or if the Union declines to elect the health plan provided to the other union as described in (a) above, then effective January 1, 2017, the employees in this bargaining unit shall be provided the health plan benefits described in Appendix B.

  • Health and Dental Insurance ☐ Husband ☐ Wife shall maintain coverage for each minor child under the medical and dental insurance provided through his/her employment. To facilitate the use of such coverage for the child(ren), the Couple shall cooperate fully and in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, obtaining and providing all necessary insurance cards and claim forms, completing and submitting all necessary documents, and delivering all insurance payments. For purposes of duration and modification, this provision shall be deemed part of the child support orders made by the local court in the Couples’ dissolution action.

  • Medical and Dental Insurance The Company shall pay Employee’s monthly Medical and Dental Insurance premiums in association with Company provided health insurance plans.

  • Dental Insurance Plan 9.9.1 The College will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for a dental insurance plan, except as per 9.1.4.1.

  • Dental Insurance The State agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the employee premium of a dental insurance program for full-time employees. The benefit levels of this program shall provide one hundred percent (100%) coverage for preventive care and eighty percent (80%) coverage for general service care. The State agrees to provide payroll deduction for dental insurance, provided such arrangements are agreed to by the insurance carrier. Dependent coverage will be available provided there is sufficient employee participation in the dental insurance program. Dependent coverage will be at the employees' expense.

  • HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE The Sheriff will continue to offer to employees of this bargaining unit the same health and life insurance programs being offered to other Sheriff’s Office employees. Due to the changing nature of the health insurance market, the Sheriff retains the right during the term of this Agreement to develop plan changes or to change carriers in order to reduce costs or for other reasons. Changes to the level and types of benefits shall be subject to bargaining as provided by law. Rates paid by the employee will be established by the Sheriff.

  • Group Dental Insurance Not available to part-time Station Attendants. Group insurance coverage for temporary full-time employees will be in accordance with XXX #1. Such benefits, once established, are retained even if an employee's status reverts back to part-time, providing that employment has been continuous.

  • Health Insurance Plan (Excluding Summer Students Regardless of Wage Schedule Paid From) These employees shall be considered as a group in order that they may apply to participate in the Supplementary Plan and the Extended Health Benefit Plan at group rates. One hundred percent (l00%) of all premiums will be paid by the employees. The Company will pay one hundred percent (l00%) of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan premium for temporary employees who have four months' accumulated service.

  • Health Care Insurance While a faculty member is on an approved leave of this type, the faculty member will be advised regarding the right to continue health care benefits in accordance with COBRA during the period of unpaid absence.

  • Health and Hospitalization Insurance Single Coverage: The School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $284.00 per month toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single coverage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

  • MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE 14.1 Current practices will prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical or hospital insurance plans, including the premium payable by employees, applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service for whom the Treasury Board is the employer, will during the life of this Agreement be applicable to the employees under this Agreement.
