Government Officials. Government officials and equivalent personnel who are sent by the government of a Party to the territory of the other Party are subject only to the legislation of the first mentioned Party. These persons are, for this purpose, considered to be resident in the territory of this Party, even if they are located in the territory of the other Party.
Government Officials. No person employed by such Party in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is an official of the government of any foreign country, or of any agency thereof, and no part of any moneys or consideration paid to such Party hereunder shall accrue for the benefit of any such official.
Government Officials. All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Registration Site. Each government employee or official who attends the Event also must confirm that s/he will abide by all relevant rules and regulations imposed by his or her employing agency during the Event, including those rules and regulations relating to the acceptance and disclosure of gifts and gratuities.
Government Officials. Business Associate shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Protected Information available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) for purposes of determining KP’s compliance with the Privacy Rule. Business Associate shall notify KP regarding any Protected Information that Business Associate provides to the Secretary concurrently with providing such Protected Information to the Secretary, and upon KP’s request, shall provide KP with a duplicate copy of such Protected Information.
Government Officials. All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Registration Site. Any government employee or official who attends the Event may be asked to present his/her government issued employee badge at Event check-in. SECURITY AppDynamics is committed to providing a safe and secure environment. Here are some of the security procedures for the Event: • Badges must be worn and visible at all times while you are at the Event venues, events or activities. Badges may not be shared or exchanged with any person or persons. Violators’ Badges may be confiscated and their participation in the Event terminated. • Bags may be checked randomly during Event hours. • No bags or property should be left unattended at any time. Unattended property may be removed. • Except as specifically pre-approved in writing, no persons under 21 years of age will be permitted at the Event, including in breakout sessions, keynotes and all other Event venues. • Items prohibited at the Event include: firearms and/or other weapons, explosives and/or other hazardous materials or articles. • AppDynamics reserves the right to take any security measures it deems appropriate to increase the safety of Attendees and exhibitors, without prior notice. AppDynamics reserves the right to change the policies set forth herein, without prior notice, and has sole discretion to deny entry to anyone.
Government Officials. All Government institutions i.e. national department, provincial department and local government.

If you are a government employee or official, you must (i) identify yourself as such during the registration process for the Event (you may be asked to provide additional information regarding your government credentials); (ii) if you are offered free or discounted participation in the Event, disclose your participation to your employing government agency in advance, and obtain such agency’s permission for you to accept free or discounted participation; (iii) confirm your compliance with the foregoing upon request by Mimecast; and (iv) ensure that your registration and participation in the Event is consistent with your employing agency’s policies and/or the guidance issued by United States Office of Government Ethics regarding gifts and gratuities.
Government Officials. From and after -------------------- the date hereof, G-Modelo and the G-Modelo Corporations have the continued intention to cause their officers and employees to conduct their businesses so as to comply in all material respects with all Federal, state and local Mexican laws, including those concerning payments of money or other things of value to government officials and to refrain from making or authorizing an offer or payment of money or other thing of value, directly or indirectly, (a) to or for the benefit of a government official in order to obtain the wrongful performance or omission of any acts related to the duties of such gov- ernment official, or (b) to a political party or caxxx- date when such contributions are not made in the form and within the limits permitted by Mexican law so as to wrongfully influence any official act or decision or to wrongfully induce such party or candidate to wrongfully use its or his influence with the government to affect or influence any act or decision of government.
Government Officials. (a) None of the Company or its Subsidiaries or affiliates, or any director, officer, or employee thereof, or, to the Company’s knowledge, any agent or representative of the Company or of any of its Subsidiaries or affiliates, has taken or will take any action in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization or approval of the payment, giving or receipt of money, property, gifts or anything else of value, directly or indirectly, to any government official (including any officer or employee of a government or government-owned or controlled entity or of a public international organization, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any of the foregoing, or any political party or party official or candidate for political office) (“Government Official”) in order to influence official action, or to any person in violation of any applicable anti-corruption statute or regulation; (b) the Company and its Subsidiaries and affiliates have conducted their businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption statutes and regulations and have instituted and maintained and will continue to maintain policies and procedures reasonably designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws and with the representations and warranties contained herein; and (c) Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the Company’s knowledge, any employee or agent of the Company or any subsidiary, has made any contribution or other payment to any official of, or candidate for, any federal, provincial, state or foreign office in violation of any law or of the character required to be disclosed in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus, or any related amendment thereto.
Government Officials. (a) None of the Selling Shareholder or, if applicable, its subsidiaries, or, to the knowledge of the Selling Shareholder, any director, officer, employee, agent, representative, or affiliate thereof has taken or will take any action in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization or approval of the payment giving or receipt of money, property, gifts or anything else of value, directly or indirectly, to any Government Official in order to influence official action, or to any person in violation of any applicable anti-corruption laws; (b) the Selling Shareholder and, if applicable, its subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws and have instituted and maintained and will continue to maintain policies and procedures as reasonably required and reasonably designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws and with the representations and warranties contained herein; and (c) neither the Selling Shareholder nor, if applicable, any of its subsidiaries will use, directly or indirectly, the proceeds of the offering in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment or giving of money, or anything else of value, to any person in violation of any applicable anti-corruption laws.
