GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. The PROVIDER will not offer or give any gift or any form of compensation to any AGENCY employee. As part of the consideration for this Agreement, the Parties intend that this provision will survive the Agreement for a period of two years. In addition to any other remedies available to the AGENCY, any violation of this provision will result in referral of the PROVIDER's name and description of the violation of this term to the Florida Department of Management Services for the potential inclusion of the PROVIDER's name on the suspended vendors list for an appropriate period. The PROVIDER will ensure that its subcontractors, if any, comply with these provisions.

GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. Contractor shall comply with all state laws regarding gifts and gratuities, under which it is unlawful for any person to directly or indirectly offer, give or accept gifts, gratuities, loans, trips, favors, special discounts, services, or anything of economic value in conjunction with state business or Master Agreement activities.

GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. An Employee shall not accept a gift, gratuity, consideration or extraordinary favor from any person doing business, or likely to do business with the City and shall immediately report to their Department Head any offer, promise or suggestion that such a gift be made. This prohibition does not apply to the giving of ceremonial gifts of nominal value or gifts received from an Employee’s family or ordinary circle of friends when not offered for an actual or perceived corrupt purpose.
GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. It is considered to be in conflict with the Company’s interest for its employees or any member of their immediate family to accept gifts, payments, extravagant entertainment, services, or loans in any form from anyone soliciting business, or who may already have established business relations with the Company. Gifts of nominal value and entertainment, meals, and social invitations that are customary and proper under the circumstances and do not place the recipient under obligation are acceptable. If any employee of the Company should solicit a gift or gratuity from the Contractor, Contractor hereby agrees to notify an officer of the Company of such act. It is agreed that the Company will hold such notification in confidence. It is further understood that failure by the Contractor to comply with the Company’s policies regarding gifts and gratuities may, at the Company’s option, result in the termination of this Contract and may further preclude any future dealings between the parties.
GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. Asking for or accepting a gift because of your official position, or because of something you can do or have done in your official position, is prohibited. (See Sections 3, 23(b)(2), and 26) Municipal employees may not accept gifts and gratuities valued at $50 or more given to influence their official actions or because of their official position. Accepting a gift intended to reward past official action or to bring about future official action is illegal, as is giving such gifts. Accepting a gift given to you because of the municipal position you hold is also illegal. Meals, entertainment event tickets, golf, gift baskets, and payment of travel expenses can all be illegal gifts if given in connection with official action or position, as can anything worth $50 or more. A number of smaller gifts together worth $50 or more may also violate these sections. Example of violation: A town administrator accepts reduced rental payments from developers.
GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. Acceptance of gifts from contractors and the offering of gifts by contractors are prohibited. No employee of the boards of educations under provisions of the contract issued as a result of this invitation shall accept or receive, either directly or indirectly, from any person, firm or corporation any gift, kickback or gratuity. Any conflicts of interests are prohibited.

Further RCW 43.19.1937 and the Ethics in Public Service Law, Chapter 42.52 RCW prohibits state officers or employees from receiving, accepting, taking or seeking gifts (except as permitted by RCW 42.52.150) if the officer or employee participates in contractual matters relating to the purchase of goods or services.
GIFTS AND GRATUITIES. The exchange or offering of any gift item, personal service, unusual entertainment or hospitality by either party of this Agreement to the other party is expressly prohibited. This prohibition is equally applicable to either party's officers, employees, agents or immediate family members. Any violation of this tenex xxxstitutes cause for immediate cancellation of this Agreement.
