Contracting Party. (a) consents to the assignment of the Assigned Interest as collateral security to Agent;

Contracting Party b) The agencies or representatives of a Contracting Party may enter into an investment agreement with investors of the other Contracting Party, which make an investment of national interest in the territory of the Contracting Parties, which will regulate the specific legal aspects connected with the investment in question.
