Mezzanine Lender definition

Mezzanine Lender shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • No provision of any Loan Document is intended to nor shall create a debtor-creditor relationship between Borrower and any Mezzanine Lender.

Mezzanine Lender means any Mezzanine Lender (as such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement) or the New Mezzanine Lender (as such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement).
