Other Contracting definition

Other Contracting means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and
Other Contracting means all Contracting Authorities except the Authority and
Other Contracting means those contracting actions, not in a PEO/DAO portfolio, taken to support acquisition programs, maintain and repair fielded weapon systems, and support Air Force operations. The term includes, but is not limited to, contracts for local purchase and other operational support; replenishment spares; programmed depot maintenance; weapon system modifications which do not involve significant development; contractor logistics support; manpower and support; and science and technology (i.e., research, exploratory development or advanced development, and not intended for a system specific application (6.1, 6.2, or 6.3A funds)).

  • The Supplier acknowledges that in entering into this Framework Agreement no form of exclusivity has been conferred on, or volume guarantee granted by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies in relation to the provision of the Services by the Supplier and that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other suppliers for the provision of any or all services which are the same as or similar to the Services.

  • Where such information is shared with Other Contracting Bodies the Authority shall notify the recipient of such information that its contents are confidential.

  • Other Contracting Parties shall not be bound by these paragraphs in respect of any Contracting Party which has entered such a reservation.

  • Other Contracting Parties shall not be bound by Article 8 in respect of any Contracting Party which has entered such a reservation.

  • The Supplier shall perform all its obligations under all Call Off Agreements entered into with the Authority or any Other Contracting Body: in accordance with the requirements of this Framework Agreement; in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Call Off Agreements.

  • I/We further hereby undertake that I/we will not prior to the conclusion of the Supplier selection process canvass or solicit any member, employee, agent or Supplier of the Authority or Other Contracting Body in connection with the award of the Contract for the goods/services/goods and services or any proposed Call Off Contract for the provision of the goods/services/goods and services and that no person employed by me/us or acting on my/our behalf will do any such act.

  • I/We further acknowledge that, should I/we be awarded the Contract following the conclusion of the Supplier selection process, the Authority will permit me/us to approach the Authority and/or Other Contracting Body directly in order the promote the Contract.

Related to Other Contracting

  • Other Contract means any agreement entered into between the Contractor and the City that is (i) formed under the authority of MCC Ch. 2-92; (ii) for the purchase, sale or lease of real or personal property; or (iii) for materials, supplies, equipment or services which are approved and/or authorized by the City Council.
